Unisys is looking for a Bilingual Remote Technical Support Agent to deliver essential support services. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing solutions and clear communication to ensure user productivity.
What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including hardware, software, proprietary/COTS/Unisys applications, voice communications, and voicemail systems.
- Assist with resolving issues related to network connectivity, printing, and remote desktop access.
- Identify root causes and take responsibility for timely solutions; escalate unusual or complex problems as needed.
- Communicate problems, resolutions, and root causes to technical and non-technical users to help prevent future recurrence.
- Support L1 and L2 support agents with their daily questions related to client incidents, requests, and queries.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- Technical certification or an Associate Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related technical support role.
