S&P Global is looking for a Candidate Care Specialist based in Pakistan to join our dynamic, multi-cultural People Experience team. You will play a critical role in the Recruit to Hire process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is current.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality with all internal and external contacts.
- Ensure all touchpoints in the recruitment process promote an excellent candidate experience and move swiftly without delays.
- Work with the recruitment team to understand and fast-track priority roles.
- Create Offer Letters and Contracts within defined SLAs and upload them into Workday.
- Initiate and manage the End-to-End Background check process.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and the initial stages of onboarding.
- Assist with job changes for New Hires, including start date adjustments.
- Assist New Hires with pre and post-onboarding questions and requirements.
- Support Line Managers and the People function with additional projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
- Experience navigating HR Data systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent time-management and thorough problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to deliver on SLA-driven metrics.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing Background checks and ad hoc onboarding processes.
- Willingness to work on public holidays as per regional support for India/Pakistan.
- Flexibility for a changing work schedule.
- Ability to accommodate a hybrid work setup.
