CVS Health is looking for a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor - OTCHS to join our Over the Counter Health Solutions division. In this hands-on leadership role, you will direct workflow for warehouse colleagues and lead your team to meet and exceed daily operational targets. You will assist the manager in total leadership and operations with initiative and continuous improvement thinking.

What You'll Do

Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure consistent work products.
Execute daily activities and operational plans to enhance a culture of excellence and innovation.
Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct performance appraisals and leverage reports and procedures to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency.
Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager on best practices.
Coordinate processes to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer service.
Define terms for tasks and establish new priorities to meet operational success.
Manage team performance through timely feedback and formal reviews to ensure exceptional service, engagement, and development.
Think critically and strategically plan to improve departmental performance.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment.
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED).
Regular and Reliable attendance.
Ability for constant standing, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and up to 75 lbs with team lift.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
