Desjardins is looking for a Financial Services Agent to join our team in the Mauricie region. In this role, you will provide high-quality service and financial solutions tailored to our members’ and clients’ needs. You will be a key point of contact, offering support and directing clients to the best resources.
What You'll Do
- Support members and clients by explaining existing applications and technological tools for self-service transactions.
- Welcome members and customers warmly, quickly ascertain their needs, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or channels.
- Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors to improve the overall service offered.

You will work closely and collaboratively with personal finance advisors to serve our members effectively.
