General Motors LLC is seeking a Remote Dealer Contact for the Chevrolet Southeast Region. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison, managing and engaging Chevrolet dealerships through remote communication to help them sell products and services effectively. You'll work proactively to support dealer success through strategic initiatives, performance analysis, and partnership development.
What You'll Do
- Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM partners.
- Grow and foster partnerships with dealerships.
- Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and yearly sales objectives are met.
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback to identify and address opportunities.
- Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements.
- Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering.
- Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts.
- Assist in customer problem resolution.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years in sales and customer service.
- Ability to perform well in a hybrid office environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10%) to visit dealers in person.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.

This is a hybrid position based at the Alpharetta, Georgia Regional Office. The role requires a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, with occasional travel to dealer locations.
