Arrow Electronics India Private Limited is hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst I to join our frontline customer support team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and managing user inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Take initial inquiries and manage relatively simple hardware, software, or network issues.
- Perform remote support through over-the-phone assistance.
- Perform remote support through screen sharing or remote control.
- Perform remote support through live chat.
- Perform remote support through email.
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience.
- Ability to work under close supervision and follow instructions precisely.
- Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Bangalore, India.
