Farmers Insurance is looking for an Agency Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will process requests of basic to difficult complexity from internal and external customers related to agent contracting, product authority, and appointments. You will ensure compliance with procedures and regulations while providing excellent customer service, supporting our mission of helping others.
What You'll Do
- Process requests of basic to difficult complexity from internal and external customers across channels related to agent contracting, product authority, and appointments.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to prioritize, analyze, clarify, and process requests related to agent contracts, commission schedules, licenses, appointments, product authority, system access, terminations, and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with department and company procedures, standards, and applicable regulations.
- Provide an excellent customer experience with each interaction, promoting a positive experience.
- Identify and report system defects; recommend and help implement approved system, process, and other improvements.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the customer's needs and ensure they are met.
- Regularly handle inbound calls and may focus on transfer or key/national account requests.
- Follow up as needed to gather missing information, resolve problems, and complete requests within department service and quality standards.
- Advise customers via the appropriate media when requests have been completed.
- Update processing systems and other tools to reflect work activity and communication with customers.
- Support system testing for transactions of basic to difficult complexity as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of service-related experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), keyboard usage, and navigating web-based programs.
