AGCO Corporation is hiring an Aftersales Parts Sr Specialist for our South America region. In this role, you will lead the development, deployment, and execution of all Aftersales marketing communications, campaigns, and promotions specific to SA. You will act as the regional expert for the AGCO Parts brand identity and represent SA within global Aftersales Marketing activities.

What You'll Do

• Work with SA Product and Category Managers to determine marketing support needs and oversee creative development across various media.
• Handle agency selection, management, performance monitoring, and contractor lifecycle.
• Own the Aftersales communications strategy for SA, including channel selection and methods for dealer and customer communications.
• Act as the SA lead for marketing automation and targeted communications, working with the global digital marketing team on campaign setup and regionalization.
• Develop and deliver a marketing program to dealers and distributors to support customer retention and aftersales loyalty.

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of marketing experience in a similar environment.
• A qualification (Degree, HND, ND, BTEC) in Marketing or Business.
• Knowledge and clear understanding of effective marketing communication tools and processes.
• Fully understands market structures: B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
• Excellent awareness and interest in current and developing creative media.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate projects and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of farmer psychology, seasonal behaviours, and aftersales dynamics.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Aftermarket role for a multi-market, multi-brand organisation with a franchised distribution network.
• Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Aftersales Commercial SA management team and SA Wholegoods Brand Marketing Management. This role represents the SA region within the global Aftersales Creative Services Team.
