Puig seeks a Traffic Executive to generate qualified traffic and optimize online performance for Rabanne.com across all global ecommerce markets. You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance monitoring, and ROAS optimization using SEA, SEO, and Paid Social levers.
What You'll Do
- Define, deploy, and monitor SEA and Paid Social campaigns to generate qualified traffic and meet business objectives per market.
- Collaborate with a media agency to ensure smooth campaign implementation and continuous optimization.
- Challenge the agency to maximize Paid Media budget impact for brand consideration and DTC conversion.
- Ensure performance of creative assets and advertising messages, adjusting them continuously via A/B testing.
- Deploy and monitor the implementation of SEO/GEO strategy with DTC teams and track performance to optimize visibility on search engines and AI tools.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and SEO ranking.
- Formulate data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to optimize media strategies and test new acquisition tactics.
- Work closely with Digital teams (Ecommerce, Global and Local Media) to build a coherent media plan aligned with local DTC plans.
- Brief content and brand teams on creative asset needs linked to paid media objectives.
- Ensure complementarity between Paid Media actions and CRM initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing and digital media, ideally in a media agency or premium/luxury environment.
- Good command of Paid Media levers, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tools.
- Experience in managing media budgets, optimizing ROAS, and managing agencies.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to transform data into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills with agencies and internal teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and ability to propose ideas.
- Language: fluent English.
