Requirements
- Minimum education: High school.
- Employment certificate in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience as a rubber lining operator.
- Ability to lift at least 25 kg.
- Prior experience with rubber lining for liners.
- Basic knowledge of different finishing types.
- Know where and how the workpiece should be processed during finishing.
- Technical knowledge of materials, metrology, calculations, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
- 3+ years of experience as a Finishing and/or Lining Operator.
Nice to Have
- Experience in plastics companies performing deburring tasks.
- Ability to operate power tools (grinders, angle grinders, etc.).
- Forklift operation is a plus.
