Responsibilities
- Enforce a consistent behavior management approach that supports campus-wide goals and strengthens student character and classroom community
- Contribute to building a school culture that promotes energetic and effective learning for every student
- Build respectful, trusting relationships with students and their families, honoring their community identities
- Lead enrichment and recreational programming tailored to program participants
- Guide structured enrichment or recreational sessions for small student groups, typically 12 to 18 students
- Support the growth of students' thinking abilities, academic skills, and appreciation for learning
- Encourage student confidence and motivation through positive, consistent interactions
- Operate under the direct supervision of the Site Coordinator
- Attend regular meetings with the Site Coordinator and Project Director to coordinate program planning, assessment, and outreach
- Collaborate with the Site Coordinator and Project Director to organize the schedule of enrichment and recreational offerings
- Partner with leadership to apply evaluation methods for program effectiveness
- Follow all campus-specific policies and operational procedures
Compensation
Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate of $14.00/hour

- Work hours: 2 – 2.5 hours after school
- Relocation allowance may be offered if applicable
