Responsibilities
- Enforce a consistent behavior framework that supports campus-wide standards and strengthens student character and classroom community
- Contribute to building a school culture that encourages active and joyful student participation in learning
- Build respectful, trusting relationships with students and families rooted in cultural understanding
- Lead enrichment and recreational programming tailored to student needs
- Guide structured enrichment or recreational sessions for small groups of 12 to 18 students
- Support the growth of students' thinking abilities and academic competencies while promoting respect for education
- Encourage student confidence and drive through affirming, positive engagement
- Operate under the direct supervision of the assigned Site Coordinator
- Attend regular coordination meetings with leadership to align on program planning, assessment, and outreach
- Collaborate with coordinators to schedule enrichment and recreational offerings
- Partner with leadership to apply evaluation methods for program effectiveness
- Follow all campus-specific policies and operational procedures
