You'll join the HVAC team situated in Bellinzona, Zürich, and Lausanne within the Building Services & Environment Business Unit. This experienced group of 92 employees delivers comprehensive architectural and technical design services, focusing on buildings, industrial facilities, and data centers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and interpret P&ID schematics for complex HVAC systems - Size hydraulic networks using specialized software - Select HVAC system components - Apply redundancy concepts during planning - Coordinate interdisciplinary geometric and functional aspects - Develop HVAC system control concepts - Commission systems in datacenter/industrial environments - Perform 3D modeling - Prepare scheme drawings - Generate BoQ extracts and calculations Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or vocational training in HVAC engineering - Minimum 7 years professional experience - Comprehensive HVAC technology knowledge - Engineering office experience - Proficiency in industry-specific design software - Datacenters and industrial facility expertise - Understanding of technical integration concepts - CDE management familiarity - Junior designer coordination skills - Deep BIM process comprehension - Independent, structured work approach - Cross-disciplinary collaboration abilities - Language proficiency: German C1, English B2 Preferred Qualifications: - 8-12 years experience - Revit MEP proficiency - BoQ generation capabilities - Potential technical leadership skills - Italian language competence - Remote work adaptability Offered Benefits: - Competitive employment contract - Private medical and life insurance - Sport membership - Social support fund - Challenging project opportunities - Personal development pathways - Collaborative international environment - Sustainability-focused work Available locations: Poznań, Kraków, or Łódź, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
