Join a global marketing team focused on expanding the reach of a leading cybersecurity platform across the Asia-Pacific region. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the affiliate program’s performance, driving growth through strategic partner engagement and data-informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations and long-term development of the affiliate program, ensuring consistent expansion across APAC markets
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by evaluating performance trends and forecasting outcomes
- Coordinate with publishers by distributing marketing assets, tracking placements, and verifying campaign activity
- Conduct regular audits to confirm campaigns are active across networks and partner sites
- Host recurring meetings with vendors to explore visibility enhancements and program development
- Prepare and present weekly performance summaries, highlighting key achievements and upcoming promotional plans
- Schedule ad placements aligned with budget allocations
- Proactively source and engage potential partners, maintaining consistent follow-up in both Japanese and English
- Oversee program logistics including publisher onboarding, billing coordination, offer setup, and creative management
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with familiarity in tracking platforms and performance-based models
- Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record managing affiliate relationships, particularly within APAC markets
- Experience with tools including Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, and affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Impact, CJ, or Awin
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical strategies
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple timelines and priorities independently
- Confidence presenting insights and updates to internal stakeholders
- Self-driven and detail-focused, with experience working remotely or in hybrid settings
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
