Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with current affiliate partners through regular communication, performance analysis, and campaign optimization
- Source and integrate new affiliate partners operating under CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid models
- Discuss and finalize commercial agreements while consistently enhancing partnership performance
- Evaluate traffic quality, track campaign results, and assess return on investment
- Oversee affiliate budget allocation, commission payments, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content departments to initiate and scale promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and represent the organization when necessary
- Stay informed about regional market developments, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements
