Hostinger is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our Hostinger Horizons program. You will be a key player in fostering strategic partnerships and accelerating our affiliate marketing channel.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the affiliate program strategy for Hostinger Horizons
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates
- Analyze program performance, track revenue, and optimize campaigns for growth
- Create compelling marketing materials and commission structures to drive affiliate engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a performance-based affiliate or partnership program
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking technologies
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in or willing to work from one of the following cities: Warsaw, Madrid, Barcelona, or Krakow.
