Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
