Bombardier is hiring an Aerospace Engineering Intern to join our team designing and building peak-performing aircraft. In this role, you will support the Project Engineering & Integration team and various engineering functions by assisting with technical requests, project coordination, and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Work in close collaboration with the Project Engineering & Integration team and various engineering functions.
- Support the interpretation and evaluation of technical requests and work packages, and track progress against schedule and budget constraints.
- Support meetings and discussions between engineering and PMO stakeholders.
- Assist with the timely collection of data and reporting for project governance, effectively communicating project status and highlighting risks or issues.
- Support the submission of deliverables as required by the project and ensure budget adherence.
- Assist with supplier management.
- Implement new tools and document processes in line with the team's continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with at least 2 years of study completed.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) with demonstrated communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, dynamic, and curious.
- Eligible to view and handle ITAR material.
Nice to Have
- Preference given to those studying Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
- A particular interest in Aerospace.
- Interest in the Project Management aspect of Engineering.
- Previous experience in Microsoft Projects is considered a strong asset.

This is a hybrid position based in Wichita, Kansas at the Learjet administration and manufacturing facility.
