Key Responsibilities: Technical Excellence: - Coordinate and supervise small to medium-scale project initiatives - Establish clear project briefs through client and executive collaboration - Manage project resources within established budget constraints - Oversee performance of Project Surveyors and direct reports - Serve as Deputy Project Manager on active projects - Manage project services using relevant systems - Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements and project delivery standards - Collaborate with executives on project management strategies Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strategic client relationships - Attend technical support meetings to gather project requirements - Participate in proposal and bid development processes - Present professional and technically robust solutions to clients Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years experience in built environment as Quantity Surveyor - Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS) - Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from accredited international institution AECOM offers comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a commitment to innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions.
