Responsibilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the product and subject matter to fulfill customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Ensure customer service requests are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and supervisory staff to appropriately manage or redirect incoming service requests.
- Create and keep current standardized procedures for executing customer-specific tasks.
- Partner with global implementation and customer success teams to offer technical expertise that helps customers gain greater benefit from the platform.
