About the Role

This position involves working closely with clients to understand business challenges and implement scalable technology solutions. The role combines technical expertise with industry knowledge to guide decision-making and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and technology requirements
  • Design integrated solutions that align with client objectives and industry standards
  • Provide expert guidance during implementation phases of technology platforms
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Support sales teams with solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept development
  • Develop documentation for system configurations and solution architectures
  • Advise on best practices for system adoption and change management
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution scalability and performance
  • Participate in client workshops and stakeholder presentations
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the refinement of solution frameworks and delivery methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
