ServiceNow is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant - TMT to be a key driver of future success by supporting sales for the TMT Customer Workflow Solution. In this hands-on technical role, you will guide revenue by going wide and deep on solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
What You'll Do
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert on a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management about enhancements to address customer needs and add value.
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Direct experience in the Telecom sector.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales to guide execution excellence.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
