Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and subject matter expert to support sales efforts within a client-facing team
- Lead customer discovery sessions to identify business challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map to client requirements
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams regarding product capabilities
- Communicate customer-driven insights to product management for potential enhancements and value-added features
- Collaborate with peer consultants to exchange best practices and leverage shared resources for improved team performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning
- Participate in marketing-related activities such as executive briefings, industry conferences, user groups, and trade shows
