Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and subject-matter advisor during pre-sales engagements for a federal tribes-healthcare region, covering the full range of available solutions
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify organizational objectives, uncover operational and mission-critical challenges, and map capabilities to tangible outcomes
- Create and present customized demonstrations and business value narratives highlighting differentiation in AI, workflow automation, and process optimization
- Work closely with sales teams, product management, and alliance partners to formulate solution strategies and advance pursuit opportunities
- Convert client requirements into practical insights and relay feedback to product teams to guide roadmap development
- Support team development by circulating proven methods, reusable materials, and key takeaways within the solution consulting network
- Maintain awareness of federal and tribal healthcare modernization efforts, competitive dynamics, and advancements in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automated workflows
- Serve as a representative at industry conferences, user group meetings, and executive-level briefings to position the platform as a foundational element for transformation
