The Advisory Solution Consultant will play a key role in driving the success of ServiceNow by supporting a strategic Life Science customer. This individual will act as a technical and domain expert, positioning and selling the ServiceNow platform while building relationships with stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities, with a focus on AI-driven transformation.
What You'll Do
- Support one of ServiceNow's most strategic customers in the Life Science industry in partnership with the Client Director
- Position and sell the ServiceNow platform to existing and new stakeholders
- Invest in existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities for ServiceNow adoption
- Act as a technical consultant to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert on a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations that align ServiceNow solutions with customer needs
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and enterprise architects
- Align ServiceNow's capabilities with critical business outcomes and long-term strategic goals
- Design and deliver compelling, outcome-focused demonstrations that emphasize business value over technical features
- Master business storytelling by connecting customer challenges to solution architecture and quantifiable results
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
- Provide feedback to product management on potential product enhancements to meet customer needs
- Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
What We're Looking For
- Technical consulting experience with ability to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles
- Proven ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Experience leading discovery workshops and conducting product demonstrations
- Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and enterprise architects
- Strong capability to align technology solutions with critical business outcomes and strategic goals
- Expertise in designing and delivering outcome-focused demonstrations that articulate business value
- Proficiency in business storytelling, connecting customer challenges to solution architecture and measurable results
- Ability to answer detailed product and technical questions from customers and partners
- Experience providing feedback to product management for product enhancements
- Commitment to sharing and adopting best practices and reusable assets within the team
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and market differentiation
