ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant

This role provides technical leadership during sales cycles, supporting solution positioning for enterprise platforms. The individual partners with sales and product teams to understand client challenges, align technology capabilities, and influence product direction to meet market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical authority within sales teams, advising clients across industries on solution fit and implementation strategy
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify business pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific needs
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to guide long-term digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead strategic planning with key accounts, including roadmap alignment and outcome-based agreements
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams to influence future enhancements
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices, reusable assets, and improve team effectiveness
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and market trends to position solutions effectively

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision processes, or problem-solving, including use of AI tools or automation
  • Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales consulting or sales engineering roles
  • Strong technical background with cloud-based software platforms or the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product management, marketing, partners, and services teams
  • Skills in pipeline development and coordination with sales teams to drive execution
  • Willingness to travel as required

Compensation

Base pay range of $151,875 - $250,575. Includes equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure.
