Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority within sales teams, advising clients across industries on solution fit and implementation strategy
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify business pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific needs
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to guide long-term digital transformation initiatives
- Lead strategic planning with key accounts, including roadmap alignment and outcome-based agreements
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams to influence future enhancements

Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision processes, or problem-solving, including use of AI tools or automation
- Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales consulting or sales engineering roles
- Strong technical background with cloud-based software platforms or the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Proven ability to collaborate with product management, marketing, partners, and services teams
- Skills in pipeline development and coordination with sales teams to drive execution
- Willingness to travel as required

Compensation
Base pay range of $151,875 - $250,575. Includes equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid model with primary location in San Diego, California, and other assigned sites. Work persona (flexible, remote, or office-based) determined by role and location. Distributed work model supported with flexibility and trust.
