Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor by applying in-depth governance, risk, and compliance expertise to support clients in achieving their program objectives.
- Guide clients with practical recommendations based on real-world experience and ensure alignment through effective expectation setting.
- Lead project execution by proactively identifying, communicating, and addressing potential project risks.
- Assemble and direct appropriate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining efficiency and financial oversight.
- Oversee implementation activities from start to finish, emphasizing accurate business requirements, solution design documentation, workflow modeling, system architecture, and customer onboarding.
- Bridge customer needs and product development by working closely with product teams to suggest enhancements and new capabilities.
- Support pre-sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams on solution design, demonstrations, proposal responses, and project scoping and pricing.
- Work alongside client success partners to uncover challenges in product adoption and create strategies to overcome them.
- Uncover opportunities to expand solution usage by introducing current clients to additional offerings that advance their compliance journey.
- Create and follow a professional development plan to maintain technical and domain relevance for client engagements.
- Ensure service excellence by upholding quality standards, identifying issues, and resolving customer service concerns promptly.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in areas such as project delivery, client enablement, and subject matter expertise.
