In this role, you will work directly with customer teams to identify challenges, define clear problem statements, and build scalable operating models that support long-term AI success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and diagnostic engagements to uncover organizational and technical barriers to AI adoption
- Collaborate with clients to design governance structures, decision rights, and processes that enable secure, compliant scaling of AI initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across business and IT stakeholders through workshops, executive sessions, and structured engagement rhythms
- Partner with technical specialists to define project scope, success metrics, and readiness for proofs of value and production rollouts
- Develop change management strategies, training plans, and communities of practice to strengthen customer capabilities over time
- Mentor team members in best practices for AI governance, organizational change, and client engagement
- Coordinate ongoing engagement checkpoints with customer programs and internal leadership to ensure momentum and risk mitigation
- Inform product and playbook improvements by sharing field insights and recurring customer patterns
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring extensive experience in enterprise transformation, with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital initiatives. You must have a proven ability to navigate complex organizations, frame ambiguous problems, and connect technology outcomes to business value.
- 6+ years in consulting, analytics, or transformation-driven roles within large enterprises
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong skills in root-cause analysis, operating model design, and governance framework development
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms and build compelling narratives
- Experience engaging executives and influencing decision-makers across functions
- Willingness to travel as required by customer needs and business objectives
Preferred Background
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
- Direct experience leading AI or digital transformation programs
- History of advising senior leaders (Director-level and above) on operating models and major change initiatives
