Desjardins Group is hiring an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience. In this role, you directly improve member and client satisfaction by providing advice on banking transactions, promoting products and services, and identifying new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Support members and clients by introducing them to applications and tools for self-service transactions.
- Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
- Assist members and clients affected by fraud, ensuring they are referred to the correct partners.
- Stay current on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.
- Uphold all compliance, security, and risk management standards.
- Promote the organization's cooperative values through your support.
- Promote all Desjardins products, services, and available distribution channels.
- Identify business opportunities and refer members to colleagues for specialized needs.
- Advise members and clients on the use of digital solutions.
- Provide information and support on technological tools, sharing advice on prevention and safety.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Knowledge of service standards.
