Solventum is hiring an Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Cleveland, OH. Guided by empathy and clinical intelligence, we collaborate to solve tough healthcare challenges. Your role is to manage the team responsible for customer support, growth, and strong relationships to achieve our corporate goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage staff to achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals for the region.
- Lead the region to achieve goals including sales force productivity, maximization of corporate contracts, and implementation of new products and programs.
- Model, connect, and empower individuals to achieve their objectives.
- Manage expenses within the assigned region budget to ensure operating margin goals are met.
- Manage all administrative requirements of the position.
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience.
- OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND eleven (11) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree (completed and verified prior to start).
- Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments.
- Demonstrated leadership, planning, organization, analytical, problem solving, project management, implementation, process management, and relationship management skills.
- Experience forecasting.
Technical Stack
- MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

You will manage a sales team, providing leadership and direction to achieve regional objectives.

- Compensation: $204,800 - $281,600 (base pay plus variable incentive pay).
