What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive, individualized care to a broad range of patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Partner with physicians to ensure coordinated treatment plans and contribute to continuous improvements in patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Current Illinois APRN and RN licensure
- Active Illinois DEA registration
- CPR certification
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
