Canada Life is looking for an Advanced Case Consultant to deliver deep product expertise and advanced sales strategies in the life insurance market. What You'll Do
- Support advisors, wholesalers, and high-net-worth clients with advanced life insurance planning.
- Drive new business by providing insight into life insurance opportunities and product design for business owners, professionals, and affluent clients.
- Model complex strategies involving permanent life insurance, corporate planning, estate & retirement solutions, and business-owner scenarios.
- Provide technical case analysis and create high-quality advisor and client materials.
- Simplify complex recommendations and concepts for a variety of audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in the financial or insurance services industry, ideally in large and complex life insurance product design.
- Strong expertise in Par and UL product mechanics.
- Strong knowledge of CDA planning, estate freezes, buy-sell structures, leveraging strategies, and charitable giving.
- Strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Superior knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, the financial services industry, and the marketplace.
- Advanced understanding of tax principles related to life insurance solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in finance, accounting, or taxation; or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned region using your own means of transportation.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with insurer illustration software.
- Hold valid financial services designations, such as CFP or CLU.
