Novo Nordisk is looking for an Advanced Business Analyst to join our Global Operational Planning team within the GSC&BD GBS unit. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless supply chain operations by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving performance improvements.
What You'll Do
- Support and monitor daily planning activities and KPIs in GBS.
- Create and maintain production and purchase plans to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle orders from affiliates/regional offices and evaluate new sales/process orders for capacity and feasibility.
- Maintain planning-relevant master data and evaluate its quality.
- Engage in regular dialogue with stakeholders to ensure timely communication regarding delays or stock level impacts.
- Report on planning performance and evaluate transactional data quality to suggest and implement improvements.
- Support the onshore team with relevant planning reports, ad hoc analyses, and process documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in planning and support functions.
- Proven ability to work on offshored planning processes.
- Strong data analysis and data processing skills.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts—Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Return—including the associated master data.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/R3 within Supply Chain (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience with OMP is an added advantage.
