Pfizer Inc is seeking an Adult Vaccines Health & Science Specialist to promote our Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels in the Akron, Youngstown, Canton, Wooster, Stowe, and Canfield region. This role combines live and virtual customer engagement and is accountable for launching new products, managing business relationships, and driving sales objectives within the assigned geography.

What You'll Do

Drive sales in your assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans.
Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments using digital tools.
Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
Leverage product and disease state knowledge compliantly using approved clinical information and patient resources.
Demonstrate market knowledge, uncovering barriers and drivers across business channels such as Public Health and Retail.
Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management.
Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2 years of experience OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience in fields such as Professional Sales, Marketing, Healthcare/Scientific roles, or Military service.
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Nice to Have

At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience.
Strong track record of sales or marketing success, excellent territory management, and outstanding communication skills.
Experience with the Vaccines therapeutic area and products.
Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
Residence within the territory boundaries.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $73,100 - $227,900
