What You'll Do
Drive new business growth by initiating contact with potential clients across the UK and Spanish-speaking markets. You'll use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms to open conversations and identify qualified opportunities. Your outreach will be strategic and persistent, aiming to secure meetings for the sales team. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to refine messaging and improve engagement tactics based on real-time feedback.
Manage end-to-end prospecting sequences, adapting communication style to different industries and decision-makers. Maintain consistent follow-up to keep opportunities moving forward, while building early rapport with potential buyers. Work independently in a remote EU-based environment, using strong organizational skills to prioritize outreach and track progress effectively.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales development experience, with a focus on outbound prospecting
- Proven ability in cold calling, cold emailing, and managing outreach sequences
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 level required)
- Confident in initiating conversations with decision-makers and navigating early-stage sales discussions
- Skilled at identifying business needs and tailoring responses accordingly
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection
- Strong time management and personal organization, especially in remote settings
- Ability to adapt messaging based on prospect behavior and context
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with leadership

- Proficiency in French
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
