Paired is seeking an Ads Video Editor to create and optimize high-performing video advertisements for our DTC group. In this remote role, you will focus on producing GTC (generic) style content designed to drive strong ROAS.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce performance-optimized video ads.
- Adapt raw footage into multiple ad variations.
- Collaborate with the ads team to support testing and scaling initiatives.
- Refine videos based on performance data and team feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing videos specifically for paid ads.
- Strong understanding of GTC (generic) ad styles.
- Ability to deliver multiple variations quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Capacity for an expected output of 1–3 ad videos per day, depending on complexity.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, or YouTube.
