As an Ads Creative Strategist, you will play a central role in shaping engaging video content for e-commerce clients. Your work will focus on translating brand identities into dynamic, trend-aware ad concepts that connect with real customer profiles. Success in this role means producing creative that not only aligns with brand guidelines but also performs well across key social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of each client’s brand identity, core values, and target audience personas
- Write comprehensive script briefs that outline video concepts, messaging, and required B-roll footage
- Identify and evaluate content creators who align with client brand goals and audience targets
- Maintain awareness of evolving trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels to inform creative direction
- Collaborate directly with creators throughout production to ensure creative vision and quality
- Review delivered content for brand alignment, clarity, and effectiveness
- Provide constructive feedback to refine final outputs
- Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally communicate with clients as needed
- Support broader project goals as directed by the Product Manager
