Responsibilities

- Engage in pre-sales technical discussions to clarify solution fit and capabilities
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical recommendations
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technical validation exercises
- Work alongside engineering teams to relay field insights and feature requests
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and platform best practices
- Document solution designs and architectural decisions
- Promote observability, resilience, and security in deployed systems
- Advise on migration strategies from legacy process engines
- Monitor project health and proactively identify risks
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
