Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective families in person at times and locations convenient for them to discuss enrollment opportunities.
- Lead campus tours and open house events in coordination with site staff, enabling educators to remain focused on teaching responsibilities.
- Attend local community gatherings to build trust and establish a genuine connection with the surrounding area.
- Ensure precise scheduling, timely communication, and consistent follow-up using Salesforce and Groove systems, fully adhering to centralized admissions protocols.
- Act as a welcoming local point of contact, ensuring each family feels informed and supported during their enrollment exploration.
- Identify and report recurring themes from family interactions to the central admissions team to inform process improvements and messaging.
