Catch22 is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join the Greater Manchester Victim Services team. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, timely communication, and effective service delivery for victims of crime.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Greater Manchester Victim Services team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and general enquiries
- Ensure victims of crime receive the right support in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Process invoices and petty cash
- Maintain accurate data and records using Excel and other systems
- Work closely with the Deputy Head of Service and Casework team to ensure efficient administrative systems
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Maintain excellent communication and uphold Catch22’s Victim Services standards
