Babcock International is looking for an Administrator to provide essential administrative and organisational support at RAF Valley. In this role, you'll be crucial to keeping our Aviation business's day-to-day operations running efficiently, helping us deliver high-quality performance.
What You'll Do
- Draft correspondence, take minutes, manage filing systems, and complete data-entry tasks.
- Support financial activities including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and recording expenditure.
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries clearly and professionally.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and internal systems.
- Create and format documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or business-support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of finance systems or procurement processes.
