What You'll Do
- Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Organize and maintain documentation, including files, records, and reports.
- Support team members in project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new hires.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management software.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- High school diploma required.
