Current is hiring an Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily assistance to administrative staff and senior leaders.
  • Prepare financial reports and associated documents for evaluation.
  • Create polished mailings, bound materials, and presentation assets.
  • Support document handling, filing systems, and internal messaging.
  • Handle processing of tax filings and related administrative procedures.
  • Address internal support requests via the administrative ticketing platform.
  • Provide administrative coordination for teams across departments.
  • Ensure precise and confidential handling of financial and client data.
  • Contribute to special initiatives and general office duties as assigned.

  • Part-time hours during summer months.
  • Full-time schedule required each year from September through April 15th.
  • Occasional evening overtime during peak season.
  • Occasional support for off-site events as needed.
