Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support our grant management operations. You will coordinate project workflows, manage documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes across our grant programs.
What You'll Do
- Process day-to-day grant and project workflows, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, documentation, and grant-related records.
- Support client relations through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Ensure accurate execution of detailed administrative processes and tasks.
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, report preparation, and follow-ups on outstanding items.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and proactive tracking.
- Assist in improving and simplifying workflows through research and process optimization.
- Support internal teams with documentation and operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or grant-related work.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask across several detailed projects with consistent follow-up.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Fast learner with the ability to research, analyze, and simplify processes.
