Current is hiring an Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative duties
  • Ensure accuracy and review documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Offer internal coordination and support to the Firm Administrator and staff administrators
  • Ensure a solid Admin Team working cohesively and proficiently
  • Grow and work with other Admin staff to continually support within a collaborative and corporate work environment
  • Provide day-to-day support to the administrative team and firm leadership
  • Format financial statements and supporting documentation for review
  • Assist with document management, organization, and internal communications
  • Process tax returns and related administrative workflows
  • Manage and respond to internal requests through the administrative ticketing system
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordination
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
  • Assist with special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
  • Greet clients, answer phones and distribute client documents

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and take direction well
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attentiveness and ethical standards with professional demeanor and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Administrative operations and organizational support in a professional environment
  • Ability to learn and grow professionally and take on other tasks and duties as assigned
  • Adaptable in an office setting & know the importance of teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have

  • 2-year degree preferred or 2 + years Admin experience in a professional office environment

Structure: Reports to the Firm Administrator; part of the Administrative Team working with staff administrators and firm leadership

Additional Information

  • Occasional evening and weekend overtime during the busy season (January – April 15th)
  • Position offers flexibility and is an in-office position
