Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of administrative support experience, or Associate's degree and four years of such experience, or High School Diploma and six years of administrative support experience.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with proven capacity to assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Able to function both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Demonstrates clear and effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Comfortable managing responsibilities under tight timelines and pressure.
- Experienced working respectfully and productively in diverse settings with individuals from varied cultural, socioeconomic, and background profiles.
