Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance such as handling phone inquiries, delivering customer support, preparing or revising documents, entering data for expenses, time, and invoices, and arranging meetings, travel, and related logistics
- Manage sensitive company data, including corporate credit details, employee and client contact lists, and information on prospective hires or clients
- Use tracking systems or logs to document all administrative tasks and assignments
- Verify that work orders or job tickets are fully completed before initiating any tasks
- Evaluate job requests thoroughly and ensure proper execution from start to finish
- Communicate with team members, supervisors, or clients regarding task progress, issues, or deadlines
- Meet all agreed-upon deadlines for accepting, finishing, and submitting assignments
- Resolve minor equipment malfunctions independently when possible
- Engage with clients through phone, video conferencing, or digital communication platforms
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on personal work and review the work of others for accuracy
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and initiate service requests as required
- Follow all organizational and client-specific policies and procedures
- Use office equipment and supplies responsibly to minimize waste and control costs
