Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance such as managing phone lines, delivering customer support, preparing and revising documents, entering data for expenses, time, and invoices, and arranging meetings, travel, and related services
- Manage sensitive corporate data including credit card details, procurement cards, contact lists, and personnel records for both current and prospective employees
- Maintain accurate logs and use tracking systems to monitor all administrative tasks
- Verify that work assignments are fully documented before starting any task
- Evaluate work requests carefully and ensure proper execution from start to finish
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, leads, or clients regarding task progress or deadlines
- Deliver all assignments on time according to agreed-upon schedules
- Resolve minor technical issues with office equipment
- Engage with clients through phone, video conferencing, or digital communication platforms
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on personal output and review work completed by others
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and coordinate service requests as needed
- Follow all organizational and client-specific policies and procedures
- Use office equipment and supplies responsibly to minimize waste and control costs
