About the Role

Apply is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a Commercial HVAC client. In this role, you will be key to ensuring the service department's daily operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Support the service department to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with scheduling.
  • Handle customer communications.
  • Manage paperwork.
  • Handle reporting, document creation, and data entry using Microsoft Office.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s degree
  • Administrative experience in HVAC, construction, or trade service industry
  • Experience with service dispatch or CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
