Apply is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a Commercial HVAC client. In this role, you will be key to ensuring the service department's daily operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Support the service department to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Handle customer communications.
- Manage paperwork.
- Handle reporting, document creation, and data entry using Microsoft Office.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Associate’s degree
- Administrative experience in HVAC, construction, or trade service industry
- Experience with service dispatch or CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
