Responsibilities
- Assist with clerical and organizational tasks as needed

- Complete assigned administrative duties accurately and on time
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinators
- Follow procedures for documentation and data entry
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Support coordination of internal review sessions
- Participate in discussions aimed at service evaluation
- Adhere to company policies and professional standards
- Contribute to reports summarizing group findings
- Stay informed about project goals and objectives
- Assist in organizing materials for panel discussions
- Engage constructively in group settings
- Meet deadlines for assigned tasks
- Maintain organized records of participation
- Offer clear and honest perspectives during sessions
- Follow up on action items from meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with facilitators and staff
- Remain available for recurring panel commitments
