Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for handling incoming and outgoing communications via email, phone, and written correspondence.
- Oversee scheduling for engineering leaders and team members, including calendar and appointment coordination.
- Plan and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel logistics, including venue reservations and preparation of necessary materials.
- Create, revise, and format reports, presentations, and project-related documents.
- Ensure filing systems, records, and databases are accurate, current, and well-organized.
- Track and maintain company business licenses as well as individual professional certifications for team members.
- Support procurement activities for office supplies and project-related materials.
- Update and manage internal business data within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including deadline tracking, meeting minutes documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to support collaboration and resolve logistical issues.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives.
